Texts and Emails

Texting us

When you text us at (940) 217-4704, we use your phone number and messages only to reply to you and help with your question or order. We will not add your number to marketing texts unless you separately agree to receive them. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Newsletter

If you join our newsletter, we’ll email you about new stock and restocks. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Cookies and Analytics

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them to:

  • Make the store work, such as keeping items in your cart and keeping you signed in. These are essential.
  • Understand how our website is used, through analytics tools that show which pages are visited and how people find us.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the store, such as the cart and checkout, may not work. Our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, because there is no common standard for them.

We keep account information until you close your account, and messages for as long as needed to help you and keep a record of our conversation. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Our website uses encryption (HTTPS) to protect information as it travels between your device and our store. Card payments are processed by our payment processor, so we never see or store your full card number. We limit access to personal information to people who need it to run the business.

No website can be 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information. Please keep your account password private.
